IPPA Licensed Para Pickleball Players are invited to apply for selection to compete in the IPPA Ranking Certified Gold Label Event, which is part of the inclusive pickleball initiatives supporting the Indian Para Pickleball League and the international para pickleball movement.

The IPPA is working tirelessly to secure para pickleball’s inclusion in both the World Ability Sports Federation and the International Paralympic Committee, paving the way for future para pickleball championships, including the Indian Para Pickleball League. The IPPA World Ranking System, administered by the International Para Pickleball Association (IPPA) based in Sriracha, Thailand, serves as the official performance-based framework for ranking para pickleball athletes globally. Players can enhance their standings in inclusive pickleball by earning ranking points through their best 10 results over a 52-week period. These rankings are updated weekly after events, including the para pickleball championships and the Indian Para Pickleball League. Event recognition relies on meeting IPPA’s stringent standards for technical quality, classification, international participation, and adherence to anti-doping and event management protocols, all of which contribute to the growth of para pickleball. Notably, Raghu Kumar Raghavelu has been instrumental in advocating for these standards.
