Raghu Kumar Raghavelu

 Raghu Kumar Raghavelu is the Founder of the International Para Pickleball Association (IPPA) and a pioneer in the development of Para Pickleball worldwide. He is the Founder of Intellectual Disabilities Para Pickleball, Dwarf/Short Stature Para Pickleball, Cerebral Palsy Para Pickleball, and Standing Para Pickleball. He is also the Author of the IPPA Book of Rules – Para Pickleball Rules, establishing a comprehensive framework for the development, classification, and competition of Para Pickleball internationally.
